Hello lovelies! To start off the week on a pleasant note, I am here with the first look and review of November Subscription Box by a famous handmade and naturals treats brand Gia Bath And Body Works. I have never been into purchasing subscription boxes that much however the idea of one has always excited me. This is my second subscription box ever by any brand. What catches my fancy is that you get to lay your hands on many different things at once.

It's now a known fact that I am massively into handmade and natural treats therefore I had to order this wonderful box. I feel this is also great for those people who want to try handmade treats but shy away due to the price tag they come with. One gets to try different types of products at a great price,  All the products in the box are deluxe size (anything above 10 ml is deluxe size). The box for the particular month contained two full size products too which is awesome! Here's a detailed breakdown of the handmade treats I received in November Subscription Box.



Butter Creme Whipped Soap (50 gm): This was a full size product. I have used butter creme whipped from GBABW previously and have absolutely loved them! I even reviewed two variants here. The box contained strawberry and champagne variant and I am so excited to use. The whipped soap smells actually like strawberries and champagne!

Vitamin E Hydrating Face Wash (50 ml): This is one of the product from one of brand's recent launch. It smells amazing! I cannot wait to use it. The bottle this face wash comes in is too cute lol.

Oceanus Shower Gel (50 ml): This shower gel smells divine.... ah. I have used this product earlier and it is awesome. It was hydrating for my dry skin and did a great job of cleaning. Moreover, it was mild on the skin so I guess it's safe for children too. The size is perfect for carrying during travels.

Yoghurt Hydrating Face Mask (15 ml): The presence of yoghurt in a face mask was impressive enough for me. I have not started using it yet but I think I will love it when I do! The size is perfect to travel with.

Cuticle Butter (15 gm): I love love love it's smell! I was telling Mrs Brown, the founder of the brand that there should be a candle in this scent. The scent is super relaxing and the butter is deeply hydrating, I used it once and loved how it healed the peeling cuticle skin, something that my poor cuticles have to go through during cold months.

Overall, I was super impressed by the contents inside the box and of course the price is impressive too. I liked how the brand included deluxe size products which will give one a chance to use the products more than once.

Will I recommend: Yes, of course! Go for it.

Hello beauties! Hope y'all are having a rocking weekend! Deepika's back with a review for Tony Moly Sheet Masks that are a rage nowadays. Korean sheet masks have a zillion sheet masks which guarantees a mask for your skin concern. Sheet masks are a quick way to deliver instant results. Each mask is drenched in essence which hydrates the skin immediately when applied on skin. Let's see how they fared for me:

My Experience:

I'm Real Makgeolli Mask Sheet Skin Purifying:

This one of the mask in their I'm Real Sheet mask line. It comes in a plastic packaging which is secure and easy to carry. I had no idea what Makgeolli is so I searched it using the internet and it is a Korean alcoholic beverage made from rice/wheat. The mask smelled really really nice like some high end skincare product but a bit on the stronger side, it may bother sensitive noses. The claim on the back of the packaging says this mask is supposed to make uneven skin tone look radiant and glowing. The essence of this mask is white in colour. When I removed the mask from the packaging it was literally drenched in essence and some even spilled. I immediately put on the sheet mask on my face and kept it on for 15-20 minutes. I had first washed my face with a mild cleanser before putting on the mask. After removing the mask, I squeezed out the remaining essence from the packaging and massaged it gently on to my skin. I didn't put anything thereafter, my skin did feel sticky for sometime which wasn't too bothersome. The mask hydrated my skin really well, however I only noticed a glow after 20-30 minutes. My skin looked fresh, brightened and the smell of essence lingered on! The effect lasted until next day. Putting on this mask becomes a messy affair ONLY if the essence spills otherwise the mask is very easy to use.

My Experience:

The facial cleanser cum pack comes in a plastic jar with gold coloured screw lid which shuts tight hence making it travel friendly. The pack is in powder form and has a mild herbal/natural kind of aroma which is not at all bothersome. I use the product as a facial cleanser so for that I take 1/3 tsp of product in my palm mix a few drops of water to make a thick paste and gently massage it across my face. While using the product also keep in mind to avoid using wet fingers/spoon to scoop out the product as it contains no preservatives and we don't want to contaminate the product. Though I do wish the brand provided a spoon or something which would have made the use easier. The product also provides mild exfoliation due to presence of brown rice flakes powder and oats in it. Oats are known to moisturise as well as remove tan and lavender and chamomile essential oils are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. The product works wonderfully as cleanser, it leaves my skin clean, soft, nourished and hydrated. I even noticed a subtle glow on my face which is great but sadly it did not last long. It didn't remove no tan though but I am not really disappointed since I wasn't expecting such a thing anyway. The product also didn't break me out.

I was also suggested by Mrs Bhavana to use it as face pack mixed with the Lavender and Chamomile Gel Pack which I have also reviewed. I mixed 1/3 tsp of face fix and 1/2 tsp of gel pack together making a thick paste. I applied a thin layer uniformly on my skin after washing my face and neck (yes never forget to cleanse and moisturise your neck along with your face since it needs TLC too) and let it stay on for 10-15 minutes there was a slight burning sensation around the nose area which subsided after a minute or two. The result was phenomenal albeit didn't last long. I noticed a very healthy glow and a brightening effect on my skin. I was quite impressed.

I used this product 3-4 times a week as a facial cleanser for nearly two months and I am still left with 1/3rd of the jar. The product did a great job as a cleanser as I remarked earlier. I didn't notice a long term change in my skin texture or my skin concern however I am not disappointed as I had no such expectation.

• Caused no breakouts.
• Cleans, softens and hydrates the skin effectively
• Works wonderfully as a mask when used with lavender and chamomile gel face pack from the same brand.

• Availability - It's not a con for me as I don't mind buying it online.
• The effects don't last long.
• Wish the brand would provide a spoon to make the use easier.

Will I recommend: No harm in trying once

To help our readers in gearing up for the cold season that is just round the corner today I will be reviewing a soap which is handmade and does a good job of cleaning. The soap is called Pure Essence Strawberry soap. I have earlier reviewed an Almond and Cinnamon soap from the same brand which can be read here. Now let's jump straight into the review.

About the brand:

The name PURE ESSENCE comes from the fact that all our ingredients are natural and derived from herbs. We offer 35- 40 varieties of handmade soap .All soaps are made at home with natural ingredients like glycerine, almond oil, almond powder, honey.

My experience:

This soap comes wrapped in a cling wrap. The soap had a soft texture and had a beautiful design. I liked the idea of having pink coloured soap chunks on top of the bar giving it a nice look. The soap had a nice fruity type of fragrance, yes it was a strawberry soap but didn't really smell like strawberries however I didn't mind the fruity fragrance as it was relaxing and mild enough to not bother sensitive noses.

The soap does a good job of cleaning. It doesn't dehydrate skin while cleaning it as the it contains milk, cream, honey and shea butter which are known for their moisturising properties. The soap produces mild and creamy lather. One thing that I liked is that it didn't melt like crazy, I cut the bar into two halves and one half lasted me easily for two weeks which is great, my mother who used the other half of the soap liked using it too. Anyway here's one very important tip for those who are new to using or are planning to buy handmade soaps - always dry your soap between uses and use such a soap dish which let's the water drain, you don't wanna let your soap sit in water and melt like that.

My Experience:

Kulsum's Kaya Kalp Herbals Cocoa Butter body lotion comes in tube packaging which is easy to carry as the lid shuts tight but very inconvenient to use because of the fact that the lotion is thin in consistency and I always end up with more than required quantity. The lotion has a mild fragrance of cocoa which will not bother sensitive noses and is peach-ish in colour. The smell doesn't linger on the skin for a very long time.

The body lotion contains goodness of kokum butter and cocoa butter which are known for their moisturising properties. I use this body lotion post bath on skin and it keeps my skin moisturised for over 3-4 hours. The good thing is that lotion glides easily on skin and doesn't stick to it. But the 24 hr moisturisation claim is false as I already mentioned in my previous statement that the skin remains moisturised for over 3-4 hours only and then one has to reapply. I also find the lotion pricey for the quantity that's being offered. Though what goes in the lotion's favour is that the brand has not used too many harsh chemicals.

Overall, KKKH Cocoa Butter Body Lotion is a decent body lotion meant for beauties with dry skin. It won't do much for beauties with extremely dry skin.
